Challenge:
Resideo’s Customer Experience Center needed a way to guide homeowners who are visiting the space. The solution had to be self-guided, interactive and non-linear. A multiple user interactive was preferred. The content should highlight the Resideo mobile application and how it can integrate with networks and functionality within a home. It should also spark interest and exploration of the rest of the center. Creating a “moment” that people could share on social media was an important event that this experience would create.
Solution:
Super Connected is an interactive directory that augments reality. It educates consumers about supporting systems within the home such as Air, Security, Water and Energy. Furthermore it showcases products and services like the Resideo App and Resideo Professionals Services. This application utilizes two transparent sliding screens that scan the exterior of a home and display the interior while also highlighting certain networks and features along the way. This experience is hosted by an animated version of the Resideo Pro who creates a friendly and approachable environment.
