The Challenge
Bell was seeking an innovative storytelling company that could create an interactive experience showcasing the company’s industry-leading and future-forward solutions. The experience would present Bell’s Manufacturing Technology Center and further explain capabilities such as factory automation, fleet sustainment and supply chain. Customers should experience MTC as it is physically being developed and enable deep exploration of its processes. Additionally this project would need to be strategically implemented in phases that could scale as the MTC continues to evolve.
The Solution
The MTC-Interactive is an immersive booth located in Bell’s Lobby in Fort Worth, Texas. It consists of an 11ft. long touch table surrounded by three 85” screens that create a theatre-like experience to support storytelling efforts. This experience digitally breaks down the process from raw-materials to finished manufactured parts. It explains the relationship between automation, supply chain and the connected factory tactics. The result was a 15-20 minute engagement tool that allows Bell ambassadors to explain product, process, production and deployment in a visual and interactive way.
